He served as Chief, Autonomous Systems Division, Vehicle Technology Directorate, Army Research Laboratory (ARL), Collaborative Alliance Manager for the ARL Robotics Collaborative Technology Alliance (CTA) and was responsible for coordination of autonomous systems research throughout ARL.

  Holds an MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering from Stanford University. As a Principal Systems Engineer with Honeywell Aerospace responsible for internal research and development projects for F-35, 6th Gen Fighter and IR&D.
